Problem: Mitsubishi’s B2B On-Demand Marketing System (ODM), was in need of an upgrade. Their system, although simple to use, felt out of date. Not only was it not optimized for modern technology, the user database was old, and the ads did not match with Mitsubishi’s new line of premium vehicles.
Solution: Working closely with analytics and data teams, we created a user interface and branding that is simple enough for Mitsubishi dealers to learn and use. But also, one that was sleek and sexy, showcasing Mitsubishi’s new look and commitment to excellence in the automotive industry.
Results: A modern and sleek new branding system for Mitsubishi’s ODM that translates over to an easy to use interface with lots of new functionality in analytics and ad performance tracking. Within the launch month Mitsubishi saw a 12% increase in ODM ad performance.
