Problem: Where the Red Fern Grows is a classic book—even a classic needs a refresh every once in a while.
Solution: Keeping true to the rustic Oklahoma aesthetic, I used double exposure to tell the story of a boy and his two raccoons hunting dogs.
Results: An eerie rustic cover that draws a viewer in and also alludes to the story behind the cover.
